How to: Create an AutoReport.
Solution:
Click the 'Report' tab and click 'New'. Select either 'AutoReport: Columnar' or select 'AutoReport: Tabular'. Select the table or query from the 'Click the table or query where the object's data comes from' drop-down list box.
1) Click 'Report' Tab.

2) Click 'New'. (The New Report dialog box appears.)
3) Do one of the following:
a) To create a columnar report:
1] Select 'AutoReport: Columnar'.
2] Select the table or query from the drop-down list box.
3] Click 'OK'.
b) To create a tabular report:
1] Select 'AutoReport: Tabular'.
2] Select the table or query from the drop-down list box.
3] Click 'OK'.
